The countdown begins. On July 1st, 2025, Winfield Racing School will be relaunching the F1 Driving Experience programme. A real Formula 1 car. On a real track. For those ready to cross the line from spectator to driver.

 

Your First Taste 

First, you’ll drive a Formula 4 car. “Only” 160 horsepower sounds easy… until you hit the brakes for the first corner. The G-force surprises you. Your neck muscles are already working hard. You realize: this junior formula car could embarrass most supercars. And it’s just the warm-up. 

 

 

Step Up to F1 

The garage is loud. Mechanics are working fast. Then you see it. A real F1 car from 2011. Powered by a 2.4L V8 engine, this beast delivers an unfiltered and high-revving F1 experience that modern hybrids just can’t replicate. 

Sliding into the carbon fiber cockpit feels perfect, like the car was made for you. The engine starts with a roar so loud you feel it in your chest. This is happening. You’re about to drive a Formula 1 car.  

 

 

Drive It For Real 

Remember: everything in the F1 Driving Experience is designed to guide you step by step, safely and confidently. You release the clutch and feel 750 horsepower come alive behind you. Second gear. Pedal to the metal. The V8 engine screams as the car pushes you back into the seat until reaching 18,000rpm. By third gear, everything’s happening too fast. Before you know it, you’re at the end of the straight line of the Paul Ricard circuit.  

Then comes the braking part. The deceleration is instant. You feel your body press forward, your chest tight against the harness. It’s intense, more than you expected. When you come back to the pits, you understand two things: No road car will ever feel special again. And the F1 drivers? They are from another planet.
