Have you ever dreamed of stepping into the world of single-seater racing? The F4 Training Camp, an intensive 3-day programme, is your gateway to the thrilling world of Formula 4. Designed for sim and karting young racers, this experience covers everything you need to know about becoming a racing driver, both on and off the track. This programme offers unmatched preparation for F4 Championships worldwide, providing 360-degree training that enhances your driving skills while fostering personal growth.
On day one, dive into various workshops: physical assessments, mental preparation, simulator training, and presentations on vehicle dynamics and the driver-engineer relationship. The next two days are packed with on-track Formula 4 sessions and debriefings, letting you apply your newfound knowledge.
For young drivers from 15 to 22 years old. No single-seater experience required. Car damage insurance available upon request.

Yes, a valid F4 license is mandatory for participation. It is the responsibility of the driver to obtain a valid license from their federation. Please note that a karting license is not considered valid.
The programme is open to young and passionate individuals aged from 15 to 22 years old from all around the world, with or without any single-seater experience. Please make sure to have an F4 training license. Drivers must check with their own federation.
Prior racing experience is not a mandatory requirement. The F4 TRAINING CAMP is meticulously crafted to explore the world of single-seater driving.
WINFIELD provides the complete driver kit. However, participants may use their personal helmet during the event, subject to approval by the team (compliance, logos, overall condition, etc.).
The duration of the camp is 3 days (1 day off-track, 2 days on-track), providing an immersive and comprehensive training experience.
A maximum of 3 accompanying guests can join the driver during the training camp. One pass is already included in the package, and it’s possible to add up to two additional accompanying guest per participant (see options).

For drivers under 18 years old, the presence of a legal representative on-site is mandatory. If the legal representative is not present, they must sign a parental authorization delegation to a trusted individual.
