Over 3 intensive days at Circuit Paul Ricard, live the rhythm of a real driver: on-track sessions, simulator work, physical tests, mental coaching and in-depth debriefs: everything is built to help you understand, progress and perform. Nothing is left to chance.
Designed for drivers coming from karting or simracing, this 360° programme covers every aspect of your development, both on and off the track… You’ll leave with the foundations, the confidence, and the race-ready mindset to compete in F4 championships worldwide.
For young drivers from 15 years old. No single-seater experience required.

FINISH
Discover the Circuit Paul Ricard track in a professional simulator, guided by a dedicated instructor.
Driver fitness check-up and assessment, including reflex tests and muscle strength measurements.
Exercises on mental resilience and emotional management, plus an icebreaker workshop to build strong group cohesion.
Set up the driving position in the F4 car with pedal adjustments and complemented by foam fitting, ensuring optimal comfort and control on track.
Technical regulations, aero concepts, weight transfers, as well as explanations on braking, gearbox operation, and engine dynamics.
Key tools to market yourself effectively to sponsors and secure the funding needed to pursue a motorsport career.
Learn the circuit with the instructor corner by corner: reference points, braking, apexes, and trajectory for each sequence.
Physical preparation, including warm-up and toning of muscles, testing reflexes and concentration, post-driving stretching, and other essential steps to drive in optimum conditions.
Extensive on-track sessions in the latest-generation FIA Formula 4 cars with halo, with around 300 km driven per participant during the programme.
After each session, performance data and onboard footage are analysed with the instructors.
TRACK ACCESS
Accreditation pass to enter the circuit is included in the package.
ACCOMPANYING GUEST
A guest pass in addition to the one included in the package, with access to the paddock, VIP lounge, lunch at the restaurant, and the prize ceremony.

RACING EQUIPMENT
FIA-standard full driving equipment provided for the duration of the program, including race suit, fireproof underwear (2 sets), gloves, racing boots, HANS system, and helmet if required.
LUNCH AT THE TRACK
Lunch provided for the driver and their accompanying guest over three days at the Circuit Paul Ricard’s Panoramic Club Restaurant.
GRADUATION CEREMONY
Awarding of the F4 Training Camp diploma at Winfield Racing School, followed by refreshments on the terrace overlooking the circuit.
Yes, a valid F4 license is mandatory for participation. It is the responsibility of the driver to obtain a valid license from their federation. Please note that a karting license is not considered valid.
The programme is open to young and passionate individuals aged from 15 years old from all around the world, with or without any single-seater experience. Please make sure to have an F4 training license. Drivers must check with their own federation.
Prior racing experience is not a mandatory requirement. The F4 TRAINING CAMP is meticulously crafted to explore the world of single-seater driving.
WINFIELD provides the complete driver kit. However, participants may use their personal helmet during the event, subject to approval by the team (compliance, logos, overall condition, etc.).
The duration of the camp is 3 days (1 day off-track, 2 days on-track), providing an immersive and comprehensive training experience.
Due to space limitations in the facilities at the 1.8km Paul Ricard circuit, we allow a maximum of one accompanying individual per driver.

For drivers under 18 years old, the presence of a legal representative on-site is mandatory. If the legal representative is not present, they must sign a parental authorization delegation to a trusted individual.
